These terms govern your use of ReviewBooost (reviewbooost.com and the ReviewBooost dashboard). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

ReviewBooost lets local service businesses automate collecting customer feedback and Google reviews by SMS. You add customers to your dashboard; we text them a review request on your behalf and route their reply back to you.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you sign up.

Your responsibilities when using SMS

You agree to only add customers to ReviewBooost who have already consented to be contacted by your business about their experience, and to comply with applicable SMS marketing and telemarketing laws (including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act) for your jurisdiction. You're responsible for how you use the platform to contact your customers.

Free trial and billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Pricing for continued use after the trial is shown at reviewbooost.com/#pricing. We'll tell you clearly before any paid plan takes effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReviewBooost to send unsolicited messages, to harass anyone, to collect data unlawfully, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

AI-generated content

ReviewBooost uses AI to draft suggested replies to your Google reviews and to power the on-site chat assistant. AI-drafted review replies are suggestions only — you choose whether to use, edit, or discard them before posting anything publicly on Google. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated text.

Service availability

We aim to keep ReviewBooost available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

Cancellation

You can stop using ReviewBooost and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

ReviewBooost is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reviews, feedback, or messages sent or received through it.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify business owners of material changes by email.
